Paragon Partners International is a professional association of entrepreneurs who value greatly their independence and at the same time seek the camaraderie of those who share their passion for success and excellence. By working together as a team, each individual is stronger.
The active members of Paragon Partners have made a commitment to remarkable marketing by using 5 Steps for Strategic Business Planning as their business model. They are engaged in the variety of learning opportunities available through Paragon Living Institute. And they have established an ongoing relationship with Personal Coach and Marketing Strategist Paula English.
Each member can take advantage of our extraordinary association by working together on daily conference calls, participating in a variety of (live and teleconference) sales/marketing training programs and signing up for personal coaching with Paula. They also have exclusive access to our Paragon Library which is growing weekly with recordings, template samples for emails and direct mail and a variety of tips and helpful files.
Participation with Paragon Partners is a monthly program and runs each month in 30 day cycles between January 15 and December 15. Every month we offer a variety of calls and activities. Between the 1st and 15th of each month participants have opportunity to sign up for the spot that best suits them for that month. Active partners are given sign up information and create a member login account and password that gives them access to all 'partner only' pages.
Behind the scenes info includes a listing of all active Paragon Partners, a monthly calendar that includes all conference calls and team activities, access to our online web room and library.

- Basic Membership – Access to the Paragon Partner log in area. Exclusive access to all calls posted on the team calendar, web presentations hosted by Paragon Partners, and the Paragon Library.
- Introduction and connection to a team and assigned a Team Coordinator. Teams will be set up quarterly so you get to work with a consistent group for 90 days. You have the option of coming to the team lines, with other active partners and especially your team, to make your usual calls.
Note:
There are no requirements to participate at this level. There is NO coaching included in this option.
When you are ready to move up to Intern, the next step would be to schedule a 90 minute coaching assessment with Paula.
After that, you can move up to Active Player Intern for fuller engagement. |

- LIVE time on the team lines with Paula every week including IM coaching, performance coaching and activity support.
Note:
The Active Player - Internship does have some prerequisites:
ALL Interns must have a 90 minute coaching assessment or existing coaching package to begin working as an Intern. They must continue with a basic coaching program throughout their coursework.
They must have their goals set for first 12 months and have a database set up ( you’ve at least purchased ACT or similar software and have it loaded).
And they must have an Activity series in place for at least 1 of the 6 categories ( building and developing; cold & warm; customers, referral sources and business partners). |
